When Work Takes a Back Seat
This weekend, we held our annual Family Day — and just like every year, it reminded us that Tapai-Gear is more than just a workplace.
Colleagues, wives, husbands, children, grandchildren — everyone who is part of this community. For one day, we set aside the drawings, the deadlines and the machines, and simply focused on each other.
Laughter, shared activities, a carefree atmosphere — this is the day when precision and tolerances don't matter, only enjoying each other's company.
Thank you to everyone who joined us! A special thank you to our families — they support us behind the scenes every single working day. This day belongs to them too.
